The captain of the Russian women’s national sitting volleyball team, 2018 world champion Tatyana Ivanova joined the Commission of athletes of the World Federation of Disabled Volleyball.
317 voters out of 25 candidates chose the composition of the Athletes ‘ Commission.
The members of the Athletes ‘ Commission were:
Jose Rebelo (Canada) – representative of ParaVolley Pan America
Masoumeh Barouti (Iran), representing ParaVolley Asia/Oceania
Emile Vunigabo (Rwanda) – representative of ParaVolley Africa
Ivan Cosic (Croatia) – representative of ParaVolley Europe
Nicole Nieves – USA) – General Member
Tatyana Ivanova (Russia) – Sitting volleyball representative
The 7th member of the commission will be appointed soon. They will be a representative of the beach Volleyball Para.
